EconoCrafts Return, Refund, & Exchange Policy

At EconoCrafts, we guarantee the quality and workmanship of every product we sell, and your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal.

If something isn’t right, our Total Customer Care Team will make it right as quickly and efficiently as possible.

1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee 💯

EconoCrafts guarantees your complete satisfaction with every product you purchase. If you're not entirely delighted with your purchase, contact us within 10 days to arrange the return of any unopened product. We will gladly provide:

  • A full refund
  • A store credit
  • An exchange (based on product availability)

This guarantee applies in addition to the standard return policy below.

2. Return Eligibility 📦

Requests for refunds or credits must follow the guidelines below. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging with all labels and tags
  • Returned with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Received within 30 days of the delivery date

No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

All closeout, clearance, seasonal, and holiday items are final sale and cannot be returned.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned 🚫

To protect product integrity, safety, and resale standards, the following are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used craft supplies
  • Opened consumables (paints, glues, markers, clays, beads, etc.)
  • Custom kits, personalized items, or made-to-order bundles
  • Digital/downloadable products
  • Partial kits or kits missing components
  • Closeout, clearance, seasonal, and holiday items
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Any product returned without an RMA

If you are not sure whether your item is returnable, please get in touch with us before requesting an RMA.

4. How to Request a Return (RMA Required) 🧾

If you need to return an item, please submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request. We cannot accept returns without an RMA number.

To request an RMA:

  1. Contact us via cs@econocrafts.com or through the website chat.
  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  3. Once approved, you will receive:
    • Your RMA number
    • The correct return address
    • Packaging and shipping instructions

We cannot accept returns without an RMA number.

All packages returned without an RMA may be refused or significantly delayed.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging items to prevent damage during transit. Lost, damaged, or uninsured return shipments are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Return Shipping Costs 🚚

Customers are responsible for return freight, except in cases of an EconoCrafts error (such as a wrong item shipped or a confirmed product defect).

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If we issue a prepaid return label, the cost may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

6. Return Windows, Fees & Conditions ⏱️

  • Standard return eligibility: within 30 days of receipt.
  • Satisfaction guarantee window: 10 days for “not delighted” returns of unopened products.
  • Damage or defect reporting window: within 10 days of receipt.
  • Returns received more than 10 days from the RMA approval date may incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • No returns accepted after 30 days.

7. Refund Processing 💳

Requests for refunds in the form of original payment and requests for return credits are classified as pending until the merchandise is received and the quantity and condition are confirmed.

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
  • Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund.
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted if a prepaid label was provided and the return was not due to our error.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at cs@econocrafts.com or via the website chat.

8. Damaged Shipments 📦

Scrutinize your shipment upon arrival.

If any items are damaged, please get in touch with us within 10 days of receipt. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged items and packaging.

We will send a replacement right away and arrange the return of the damaged items.

9. Defective Products ⚙️

If a product purchased from EconoCrafts proves defective, we will replace it. Please get in touch with us within 10 days of receipt so we can assist promptly.

10. Exchanges 🔄

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Exchanges depend on product availability.

For exchanges:

  • If the replacement item is more expensive, the price difference will be charged.
  • If the replacement item is lower in price, the difference will be refunded in accordance with the refund rules above.
  • Customers typically pay shipping for exchanges unless the item was defective or incorrect due to our error.

11. International Orders 🌎

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • All duties, customs fees, and international return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds exclude original international shipping charges.
  • Some items may be restricted from international return due to customs or manufacturer rules.

Please contact us before returning any international shipment.

12. Factory-Direct / Drop-Ship Items 🏭

Some products may ship directly from the manufacturer. These items may:

  • Have different return addresses
  • Include additional restocking fees
  • Have different eligibility rules

Your RMA confirmation will outline any special instructions for these items.
