How to Get Started With Kwik Stix Thin Stix

Begin by selecting a clean, dry surface for your artwork. Remove the cap from your chosen Kwik Stix paint stick and gently twist the base to expose a small amount of solid paint. Apply the color directly to the surface using smooth strokes, just as you would with a drawing tool. There's no need to add water or use a separate paintbrush.

Experiment with different colors, shapes, and patterns. Use the thin-stick design to create outlines, colorful details, lettering, and decorative accents. Switch between colors whenever you like, and allow painted areas to dry for approximately 90 seconds before handling. Actual drying time may vary depending on the surface and amount of paint applied.

When you're finished, twist the paint stick back down and replace the cap securely to help keep it ready for future projects. For best results, test the paint on a small area when working with unfamiliar materials, especially fabric or surfaces that may be washed or handled frequently. Although the formula is washable, protect clothing and work surfaces as appropriate for your activity.
